The products you purchase through our online store are subject to the shipping and delivery conditions chosen by the customer and available on the site.

Currently, the sales of our products are throughout the national territory.

The terms selected for the dispatch and delivery of products are 7 business days from the moment the purchase request and the means of payment are validated. Only business days are considered for compliance with the said term.

The delivery company will deliver to the address you provided at the time of purchase.

The delivery company is only authorized by (DC FENIX CORP) to deliver if (Delivery company Requirements are completed). 

Deliveries must only be made from Monday to Saturday, except for holidays, situations of force majeure, or fortuitous events. All deliveries will have a reference guide added.

The delivery company is committed to keeping customers informed of the status of their orders.

A delivery period has been exceeded will not entitle you to compensation. To do this, you must send a notice of the breach to info@dakts.com. 

Shipping Cost

All orders that exceed the Base Lb (Lb. Base of 1 lb) must pay an addition concerning the Shipping Cost Lb. The amount will depend on the shipping company. In the event of a return, this charge is non-refundable.
